v Additional Services:
If any Pilgrims desirous to have any additional / special services apart from standard package will be charged extra in addition to agreed standard package charges.
v Force Majeur clause will apply in case of accommodation, food, transport etc.
v Fitness of the passengers is of utmost important for doing Hajj and Umrah Tours
v In case the passenger is not fit to do Hajj & Umrah Tours, then the deposit amount taken will not be refunded back & also the passenger will not be allowed to go for the Tour.
· Hotel in medina Munawwara shall be within the distance of 250 mtrs from haram sharief. *Minimum 4-5 persons in a room. *Each group is escorted by one group leader.
Cheque or Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “Razak & Sons”, Ahmedabad. International passport for each intending pilgrim is must necessary, as traveling will be under Basic Travel Quota Scheme.
As per the Government rules a pilgrim is entitled to get upto USD 10000 under Basic Travel Quota Scheme every year from RBI authorized foreign exchange dealer. Out of this entitlement of USD 10000, the Dollar component of the package chosen has to be either transferred through the bankers to the hotels abroad for accommodation, food & transportation charges or has to be paid by the pilgrim on the 1st day of the tour to the Hotels abroad for accommodation, food & transportation charges. If the pilgrim decides to cancel booking below mentioned cancellation charges shall be deducted.
Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) accepts no responsibility for Luggage Losses, Injuries, Damages, Accidents and Additional Expenses due to delay of flights, Misconnection, Sickness, Bad Weather, Strike, War, Quarantine breakdown or transport breakdown or the closure of airport due to war etc.
Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) is a Hajj, Umrah and Ziyarat Tour Organizers only and does not control or operate any Airline, Hotel, Transport, Laundry or any other facility or services mentioned in the brochure. We take care in selecting all the elements in the package. The tour operator only selects and inspects them and has no control in running them. The Tour operator shall not be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any Airline, Transporter, Hotel and any other service provide for any Injury, Death, Loss or Damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any other Hotelier, Airlines, or/and any act or actions of co-passengers which may result in not availing the services during the tour.
Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, damage, fading of color, strain of any type or shrinking of clothes by the laundry services.
Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) appoints agents and representatives for the arrangements of hotels, transport food etc in good faith and takes best possible care of all pilgrims. However due to unavoidable circumstances, changes and alterations in the package have to be made regarding hotel, bus or staying period or change of flight.
Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) the first party reserves the right to make alternations which the pilgrim has to accept, and for which no refund shall be made nor any claim shall be entertained.
After entering into Saudi Arabia no pilgrim of first part Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) shall be allowed to give up companionship with pilgrim. Pilgrim will have to act accordingly and if pilgrim decides to quit, he/she shall not be entitled to receive any amount whatsoever. Room Service is not available.
If any Country hinders or stops any pilgrim(s) or all pilgrims from entering into its boundaries/borders due to past objectionable references of such a pilgrim in that country’s record or due to any past objectionable references of such a pilgrim in that country’s record or due to a breakout of an epidemic in the originating country or any country from where the pilgrim has travelled or due to political Strike, War, or the closure of Airport or any other reason or enforces any kind of restriction or ban and consequently the pilgrims cannot visit that country wholly or partly, Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) shall not be held responsible for such action by the Government authorities of that country and under such circumstances no refund shall be applicable. All will have to obey and abide by the laws of that country.
Free Baggage allowance shall be as per the rules of the Airlines and any extra charges for excess baggage will have to be borne by the pilgrims. Normally baggage allowed is 30 kg + 7 kg hand bag + 05 liter Zam Zam
Partly utilized services are also considered as fully utilized. In Such circumstances no refund shall be applicable.
