In addition to the standard package, if any pilgrim requests additional or special services, the same will be charged separately.
In respect of accommodation, food, transportation, or other arrangements, the Force Majeure Clause shall apply.
For Hajj and Umrah, the pilgrim’s physical fitness is of utmost importance. In case a pilgrim is deemed medically unfit, they will not be allowed to proceed with the holy journey, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
As per Government of India regulations under the Basic Travel Quota Scheme, each pilgrim is entitled to carry up to USD $10,000/-. This dollar component must either be transferred through authorized banks or directly paid by the pilgrim towards accommodation, food, and transportation charges.
Each pilgrim must possess a valid international passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.

Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) is a Hajj, Umrah & Ziyarat tour organizer. It does not own, control, or operate airlines, hotels, transport services, or other facilities mentioned in its brochures/advertisements. While utmost care is taken in selecting service providers, the company shall not be held liable for deficiencies in services beyond its control.
Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) may, due to unavoidable circumstances, make changes in flight schedules, stay duration, hotels, or transport arrangements. Pilgrims are required to accept such modifications in good faith. No refund or compensation shall be entertained.
During the course of the journey, pilgrims are not permitted to voluntarily withdraw from the tour. If a pilgrim chooses to quit midway, no reimbursement or refund shall be provided.
If any country denies entry to a pilgrim due to past records, outbreak of epidemic, political unrest, strikes, airport closures, or for any other governmental restriction or ban, Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) shall not be responsible, and no refund shall be made. Pilgrims are required to obey the laws of the host country.
Airline free baggage allowance applies as per rules. Any excess baggage charges must be borne by the pilgrim. Normally, the allowance includes:
Pilgrim satisfaction is our prime concern. Any complaints or claims must be reported to Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) immediately during the tour, so corrective action can be taken. Claims not reported during the journey will not be entertained later.
Partly utilized services shall be deemed as fully utilized, and no refund shall be applicable.
All disputes, claims, or matters relating to tours coordinated/marketed by Razak & Sons (Kakiwala Tours & Travels) shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Ahmedabad, India.
Applicable government taxes shall be charged extra.
